Chef David’s 18-year history in New York & California, blended with his present roots in Phuket, sets the stage for an environment of sophisticated rusticity with highly eclectic, vibrant, playful and seasonal flavors.

David leans heavily toward local farmers & fishermen, supporting the community and bringing new techniques to a variety of produce grown in Thailand.

paying homage to the History of the Siam Supper Club, David has curated a world class selection of Steaks that pairs perfectly the wine in our cellar.

 

WINE AND COCKTAILS

Our wine cellar houses over 500 labels featuring varietals from both old and new world. 

On top of this we also run an extensive wine of the month program that highlights great value wines.

Behind the bar sits a large variety of spirits, which are served to our guests’ liking or mixed in classic cocktails, from an Old Fashioned to a Sammy Junior, not forgetting our signature Espresso Martini.

CORKAGE 
We are happy to open any special bottles you may bring that are not currently represented on our wine list. Corkage is 1000bht per bottle
